To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • You request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items are not excluded from return eligibility (for example: intimate apparel, custom-made items, digital products, or clearance items).

2. How to Start a Return

  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll send detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size, color, or design):

  • Exchanges depend on product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@frierenmerchandise.store with clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — sometimes refunds take additional processing time.
